Delivery terms

We're based right here in the US and ship all orders domestically so we can get your gear to you as quickly as possible.

Processing Times If the item you want is in stock, our team usually packs and ships it within 1 to 2 business days. If you place an order late on a Friday or over the weekend, we'll get it moving on Monday.

Delivery Speeds Once your box leaves our warehouse, it usually takes 3-5 business days to deliver.

About Pre-Orders We try our best to keep everything fully stocked, but sometimes demand for things like the PCM Pro outpaces our supply.

If an item is listed as a pre-order, buying it simply reserves your device from our next incoming shipment so you don't miss out. You'll always see the estimated shipping date right on the product page before you buy.

One quick note on mixed orders: If you buy an in-stock item along with a pre-order item, we usually hold the order to ship it all in one box. If you need the in-stock item right away, your best bet is to place two separate orders.
